On the Loose!

Aug

Nutmeg, the Rotund Escape Artist, has no intention of staying put in the maternity ward. Don’t fence her in! She’s free, free as the wind blows.

Not that even the strongest wind could blow her over, but anyway. She was popping out for quick trips to McDonald’s three or four times a day. Once she’d had her Big Mac and shake, she’d demand I put her back! After playing doorwoman for a few days, I decided to let the babies out with her.

She was none too pleased with this turn of events because she thought that was her personal time.

Any mother with new babies knows you have no personal time.

If they’re not pulling her shirt up and trying to milk her every time she stops still for two seconds, they’re stealing her fries. Then they got the idea that if one mother was fabulous, two would be even better!

You should have seen them chasing Clover’s udder around the yard, which is how Clover ended up hiding under this spool table!

Love those babies, especially the golden/white one. He is a real gem. Can you not neuter him and just keep him for eye candy?
I also spilled coffee on the keyboard and spit it on the screen this morning.

Are you going to wait to name these little guys until you sell them? Or…are you going to keep the tan one??

I read “…Clover ended up hiding under this spool table!” three times as “…Clover ended up hiding under this POOL table!” before I got it right.

And then I couldn’t find the pool table in the photo.

    Need more coffee…
