I had posted last month that our kale died off through the winter. I went out yesterday as I could see some greening up from afar. Well.. its taken off on its own.. looks like we will be eating fresh kale this weekend. I was so bummed early on, as we usually have kale that lasts and lasts. This is quite a spring surprise!

My kale has finally ended out in the garden..we removed the netting a few days ago to let the deer and rabbits eat it down to the ground.
